Bill Wood started this site a few years ago after dealing with business, technology, and consulting for over 20 years. Having participated on SAP ERP projects since 1994 and seeing many projects done well, and some done poorly, the idea was formed to create a truly customer / client – centered, and customer / client – focused information resource on how businesses can significantly increase their return on investment and satisfaction with technology projects.
